You can book a session online through our website. Virtual therapy is available for individuals and couples across Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.

The standard fee for individual therapy is $275 for a 50-minute session.

I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale spaces:

  • Tier 1: $235–$275 per session
  • Tier 2: $200–$235 per session

Sliding-scale availability is limited and is intended to make therapy more accessible while supporting the sustainability of the practice. We can discuss which tier may be appropriate based on your circumstances and current availability.

As a Registered Psychologist, my services may be covered in full or in part through extended health benefits. Coverage varies between plans, so I recommend checking with your insurance provider to confirm your coverage for psychological services.
